Back when social media didn’t exist, this forum was born out of a need—after our family purchased a home in Florida, we realized there was no easy way to get help or swap tips with other owners. So, we built this community.
Now, more than 25 years later, we’re still here—and stronger than ever—helping both new and experienced homeowners manage the joys (and challenges) of Florida property ownership.
Over the years, we’ve hosted in-person meetups, built lasting friendships, and watched Central Florida change around us. But our goal hasn’t changed: to make owning a Florida home easier, smarter, and more connected.
